dark side of hate

hate is a word we fear. we run from it, like rain fruns from thunder, falling to earth.
safe from the booming storm.
we're told not to speak of it, like a swear word. it must be washed out of our minds.
what happens when were are at the end of that line?
we feel the heat beating down on us. you can't run from it.
when you think his name a shot of love ruins through your veins, followed by that dropping of hope that they're never coming back.
all the wasted time. you learned to trust in love, they led you on to believe that you are their only one.
their be there to the end.
